I arrived on time for my appt. We discussed that I wanted around an inch /5cm off and cut back into a bob. The stylist then washed my hair with a minuscule amount of shampoo and conditioner completely dried my hair and then cut off about 1cm. I was in and out in 25 mins. Including discussion and wash. I felt that did not like the fact that the cut was discounted to £29 and was doing the minimum he could get away with. I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends nor will I be going back.

I booked eyelash extensions only to be told when I turned up that they’d had me down for a lash lift. The therapist was lovely and explained the options and in the end I booked in for an eyelash lift and tint instead. I was patch tested and came back the next day for treatment. The treatment was awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The before and after photos show no difference at all. It was a complete waste of money.
Like loads of other reviewers, the booking time got changed on the day with about an hour’s notice.

I have had my haircut done by Lucy and I can highly recommend her! Lovely haircut really! She was very nice, calm and very skilful! She has made the whole experience very pleasant. One of the best haircuts I’ve had lately! I will definitely go back to her for my next haircut.

I had the LVL done. I met two staff members, both Shereen who did my patch test and Becky who did my treatment were lovely. Treatment itself was good, Becky instantly offered to reapply the tint when I noticed that one side was lighter than the other. Relaxing music is played. For naturally black lashes I didn't have a drastic effect as it would of looked on naturally light lashes. Booking on same day is problematic as it relies on the manager to pick up the booking on treatwell, was required to wait 1.15 hours until next available appointment as someone else had rung to book themselves in. Therefore making appointment by phone is advisable.
