Never works to book on treatwell. I show up abd they dont help me. Not helpful at all.

My booking had not been registered even though I had received a confirmation. I was told that this happens often when booking with Treatwell. The hairdressers seemed not too bothered and ignored me while the receptioniste seemed out of her depth and not to know how to deal with the situation. After a five minute wait I was told that the stylists were busy and could not accommodate me. Poor service!

Very disappointed! I have a feeling that something really changed in the way the Salon is managed, as my last review was 5 stars, while now I am giving two. Differently than before, now I have found the staff very moody and I was left to go out with wet hair on minus degrees... I had to ask to have my hair dried a bit more. Hair cut was ok, but definitely not worth of £ 56 as they tried to charge, although I have booked online where clearly stated £36. After I have explained, I was charged correctly, as seems that there was a confusion. I am really sad that this place have changed,....
