I felt I was being pushed too much to sign up for more sessions. It was mentioned around 5 times in one hour. I asked what exercises I should do to improve my back pain and I was told to go to more sessions to find out. Not great...
I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage as I usually have a bit of a sore left shoulder, probably from bad posture and working too long at a desk. I was seen by Claire, who was absolutely amazing! Not only did she really focused on my problem area, ensuring that all my muscle knots were properly "unknotted", but she also gave me really helpful tips on what exercises I can do to make sure that I don't develop the same problem in the future!
I came out walking on clouds and will definitely return! Five stars!!
