I booked this with 2 friends. I went in the week before my appointment to check if I could change the time of my bookings, they said I could but I would have to cancel and reschedule and told me point blank that he would price match the 2 out of 3 appointments that we wanted to edit but to pay on the day. On the day we went to pay and they added £20 to each payment and went against their word! They argued with me when I explained what I had been told. We walked out. Never going back
