I really don't like being negative in reviews but I was a bit disappointed by a few things. This was my last treat before baby arrives and it was a bit of a let down. Staff were friendly especially the lovely man on reception who I assume is the manager. However, I ordered a mini mani and pedi with gels and I have no idea where the mini mani was. He said they'd do my cuticles but they haven't so there's nothing I can do now because there'll be such a big gap between the polish and my cuticles if I do them. They asked me to choose colours while I waited. There was a 20 minute wait which was fine on that day but on another day that might mean I'd have to cancel. I had booked in advance. I spent 20 minutes choosing my colours and was then told that I would need to spend an extra £5 per hand or foot for the colours I'd chosen! I was pretty annoyed because I'd spent ages choosing and I had booked an offer online so it's quite obvious an extra £20 is going to be significant to me! In the end I changed the colours to make it cheaper but that meant I haven't got the treatment I wanted and I was quite surprised to find when I got home she's sealed 3 tiny black fibres on to 3 different nails. They are small but that really shouldn't happen. I've never had that before anywhere else and I've done my own gels lots too and never had that happen. It's a shame because I really liked the guy who welcomed me and my nails do look lovely overall but I don't want to lie and give 5 stars.
