I've been here a few times for massages mainly. Lacey is the best I was disappointed that she didn't do my treatments this time even though they emailed me saying it would be with her.
I find the place has no ambience, it's awkward place to be and staff don't really talk.
The luxury pedicure was weird and felt like it was made up. I booked a few treatments and didn't know what was happening.
Overall it was ok would recommend for massages with Lacey only, the other lady wasn't good at all.
Staff were very welcoming and caring as it was my first time, bit of hair was left on my face but it was only little bit so wasnt too concerned. Overall, would recomment it.
Myself and some friends booked appointments to have our nails done together, but before we got there we had a call to move all of our appointments as there was only one nail technician- a bit of a shame but not at this time a huge issue, we could still all be fitted in, in plenty of time before we’d have to leave for our evening engagements. Arrived at a lovely-feeling, clean place and waited for our appointments-offered water by friendly staff. We were all having extensions and gels by the lovely and seemingly meticulous nail technician. Unfortunately, the appointments ran a lot longer than the times we had been booked for (the staff who booked us allowed us each an hour, but each appointment was more hour and a half), so much so that the last of us to have an appointment hadn’t got time to have what she had come for and ended up paying just for a simple nail paint! Although this was now quite disapponting everyone had been really friendly and we decided that we would choose our own appointment times next time with this in mind. The next morning, I woke up to find one of my extensions had simply fallen off in the night! I was due to go away that evening so rang the salon. They of course offered to redo my nail but the earliest they could do was 3. I explained that would be impossible for me as I’d be away. What frustrated me most with what followed, is the constant being told they’d call me back but I nearly always had to call them. Several phone calls went back and forth with no solution or new information. I eventually suggested whether they might give me a partial refund so I could go and get the one nail redone. I was last told (again) I’d get a call back- it’s been nearly a week and I’m still waiting. I went away with one nail missing and whilst away another fell off? Very friendly here, but quality (especially for the price) and customer service has not impressed me.
This is my second visit at Green Leaf. I had a swedish massage which was wonderful I only wish I'd booked a facial with it!! I've recommended so many of my friends as the staff are pleasant and it it very clean!!
