Had a facial and massage. Thought it was strange that the therapist didn't remove my mascara. When the mask was put on therapist left me for 8 mins then a different therapist came in to finish my treatment with no explanation so I wasn't too impressed. overall treatments good and would recommend

Lovely lady who made me feel at ease for my bikini wax which was my first one for a good while so I expected it to hurt! However it was a lot more bearable than I expected and I would go back as it was on time and done well.
