Terrible! Waited almost an hour to be seen, proceeded with the wrong treatment, had to be reminded that part of the treatment was incomplete. Then to top it off, the ‘Shellac’ polish used lifted and peeled off within 3hrs of leaving the salon. The salon have offered to correct but I don’t feel I could waste a further two hours only to be disappointed again.
