Salon was closed and costumers were not told anything. I turned up the salon looked empty. Just said closed until further notice. Luckily I got a refund from Groupon.

Well for one I never had the massage, as got there and it was shut. No message saying they are shut for a refurb. Just a note on the door, saying about refunds.
