The salon is welcoming and clean, the staff are attentive and friendly.
But it is hard to relax at the massage as the walls are so thin you can hear other people talking. There was also no chair or hanger in the room to put my clothes on so they just had to be dumped on the floor.
The pedicure was done to high quality however I thought I had booked a proper one with a soak ( it said 45 mins) while in reality I had only booked a mini pedicurewhich lasted just about 30 mins - I think that's something Treatwell website needs to look into to avoid customer's disappointment.
