I haven't been for a good while so was a little apprehensive as I knew my shoulders were quite bad. Michaela was great, she dug in when needed and was lighter when asked, I had loads of knots and she certainly dug in and got rid of the majority and I felt a sense of looseness and detanglement which was Indeed needed. Would definitely come again to see Michaela
