First time here, I was impressed at the cleanliness of the salon. Deepali checked the temperature of the wax by asking if it was ok several times throughout the procedure. She was professional, fast and pain free and even though I'm a regular waxer she still explained the after care procedure. This place is great value for money. The only thing was that my app was moved to 10 minutes earlier and I was only notified by email which I didn't get. So it looked like I was late.

First time customer. Lovely warm welcome.
Had henna brows done however didn’t last long. Shape wasn’t exactly how I wanted the end result although I showed pics but was to late to rectify and felt bad if I said I didn’t like them 100%. By 5th day the henna faded completely even from hairs and having to pencil my brows in again.
However therapist was lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate trying out different treatments to get a good feel for other services offered.
