The venue is so relaxing and staff were extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they seemed genuinely interested when chatting. They took time to explain their Covid restrictions and I’m sure would have been happy to share more detail if I’d asked. I booked to take my mum later in the month. The only downside is parking is limited but I knew that before I booked. It wasn’t a problem for me but might be for others. Would definitely recommend.

Been a while since I used the service because of covid-19. I had to sign a declaration and had to wear a mask too before entering the premises. I was confident that they had been following the guidelines
