Parveen is lovely and does a great job. The lady who I spoke to on the phone and took the payment was also lovely & when I spoke to her earlier on the phone to sort a payment issue (from my end) she was helpful, polite and just the right kind of person you need to sort things when they go wrong! All staff have been welcoming & helpful when I have been, it really does make that difference…Thank you.
