I had the most amazing deluxe facial with neck, back and shoulder massage. It’s the most relaxation I’ve experienced in a long time. Michaela and Parveen were fantastic.
I would highly recommend them both and also reception staff Tracey is always professional, polite and friendly.

The venue lighting was dark. Parveen blamed it on the weather?? She made a mess of my eyebrow. So had a refund. Completely bolded my eyebrow
