A nice experience. Was waiting around for a little while but the team informed me before my appointment and kept me updated when further delay was experienced. I don’t think I had the treatment I was supposed to have. Booked for a deep tissue massage but it felt more like a standard back massage. I didn’t want to say anything at the time as it felt awkward. Was still a nice massage, it just didn’t achieve what I needed.
