I have very tense and aching muscles over last 6 years, almost in all my body. I tried different sports therapists, osteopaths and chiropractors. I tried sports percussion gun with mild benefit. Jeremy is the best I have found and I have started to make progress. I have been seeing him over last 2 months, 90 minutes session each,often weekly. It appears he knows more than sports and deep tissue massage. He spots trigger points very quickly and works on them. His Swedish massage is excellent,
