Evie knows exactly where your tension spots are and tries to eliminate them. I was particularly tense in this sessionto no fault of Evie, due to recent life stresses. She has given me helpful advice to help before my next appointment. Thank you Evie. I will be back soon hopefully much more relaxed with less tension in my shoulders and back.
