The venue is very outdated, the wax quality changes each time I visit, poor wax for treatment being used. There is always a delay when arriving for appointment, price is significantly higher here than other places.

I was invited back for a manicure due to my initial gel manicure peeling off before the time frame it should have lasted. My second visit was lovely. A lovely receptionist who is super friendly gave me a green tea, a nice selection of manicure colours were available, gloves were used for a more comfortable post covid experience, my therapist was a nice level of chatty which made the time go quicker, and my manicure looks very nice. Very pleased. Would recommend a mini manicure.

Booked a Deep Tissue Massage with Evie. Must say one of the best I've ever had, and after a really stressful few weeks it really helped. Absolutely recommend, will definitely be booking again.
