Therapist was unprofessional with comments with no regard for personal threshold as she went straight in with very heavy pressure without asking or build up seeming intent on causing pain out of agitation for being asked to be less firm. First time at any establishment I've had this issue after having sports massages for over a decade and I fear I will not return to GreenLeaf after brilliant service in the past however this has made me feel mentally and physically distraught.
