Such an overwhelmingly positive experience. The young lad on reception was brilliant, so friendly and accommodating - this isn't an environment I have a lot of experience with so it could have been a little intimidating, but not at all!
Jeremy was great - he was extremely patient with me and did an excellent massage - as well as being really funny (the highlight was that he described me as having "three-dimension tension", a phrase that made me laugh so much (and painfully accurate)).

I wish someone else had been there as although they've done this for years, perhaps if it's too much, you should give it up rather than blame the client.
It's a shame really as they're close by and do a lot of services but I'm not going back.
