I had a great massage. I learnt a lot about tension in the body and how I can help myself with stretching. Within the massage there was great attention to detail, Jeremy was professional and very friendly. I always come away feing relaxed, less tense and have learnt something new. Would definitely recommend to the deep tissue massage.
