I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage, but only around 10 minutes seemed to be spent on my back before the therapist moved onto my arms and legs, which I hadn’t wanted massaged. There was no consultation beforehand, so I expected the treatment to focus on what I had booked. I had also expected to be treated by Rung based on the booking and reviews, but had a different therapist instead. It just wasn’t the treatment I was expecting.

I had a wonderful Thai Pregnancy Massage today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were highly qualified and professional, and I was asked to complete a consultation form beforehand, which made me feel very reassured. The massage itself was perfect, and my therapist was extremely professional, skilled and attentive. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout. I will definitely come back
