Jyoti was lovely, super friendly and went out her way to ensure that all hair and finer new hairs were removed. However this unfortunately caused me bruising and soreness for a few days as she mixed the hot wax method with strip wax and was quite fast and firm with using the strip wax. For those with very sensitive skin like me, strip wax applied like this will always cause bruising. I will visit the salon again but will be clear on my skin type and hot wax ONLY.
