Lovely and professional staff as usual. Was seen quickly and I was glad to see that they were all wearing masks/gloves etc and also urging customers to use hand sanitizers too.

I always get waxed here and it is normally the best place in London, but the girl who normally does the waxing, is not doing it anymore. So it was someone new this time, and it wasn’t good. It was unnecessary painful and when I got home I found hair everywhere.
