Jyoti was great and made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and relatively low pain. I chose Lycon wax as I haven’t waxed in over 5 years ( I’ve been shaving) and my hairs were quite thick. I think next time would be completely painfree. Will be rebooking in 2 months.

Well worth taking a day off for Carla as she doesn’t work weekends, which is a shame
I made a mistake while booking and Carla bless her managed to squeeze me in although it totally messed up the entire diary for the day.
