I ordered a Brazilian wax and got a Hollywood. This was my first ever wax and I wasn’t consulted at any point about what I wanted. Not all hair had been clean removed. Waxing wasn’t in one smooth movement. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be returning.

So joyti was great and informative.i had the deep cleaning fell asleep at one point. My face 3 days on is glowing I can see a difference. The only thing I found odd I don't remember saying yes too it. Was threading on my forehead. Paid an extra £16. But otherwise facial wise I will be back, was given a plan in two weeks to come again.
