Most painful wax I’ve ever had. It was also the quickest hot wax I’ve had, as it was finished within 10 minutes of me arriving. Finally, I had told the therapist that the wax was getting too hot, and she told me that it’s not. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

Surprisingly bad for such a highly rated parlour. I got a luxury manicure and pedicure done but there was hardly anything luxurious about it. Nothing different about the products used and they didn't even apply a scrub or moisturiser on my hands.
The eyebrow threading was even worse- she finished so quickly I was suprised. Was not given a mirror to check, and later found so many unthreaded stray hairs.
Will not be going back.
