This is the second time I have had a manicure and will definitely be going regular. So pleased my daughter told me about this lovely salon. Staff are so friendly and the main thing do a really good job, no wonder they are always busy.

Despite she was nice with me, she didn’t do a good job. First she didn’t cleanse my pubic region with powder as a prewax treatment. She just pass the hands (with gloves at least).
Without waiting for the wax to be cooled, she started to remove it without using the other hand to pull my skin taut. It was extremely hurtful. She seemed in hurry and unexperienced. Usually I’m quite happy about the service but this time the £35 I paid didn’t worth at all the service.
