My therapist was very sweet but the experience from start to finish in terms of the massage was awful. I was expecting an “exceptional aromatherapy massage” and got quite the opposite. It was not relaxing at all, the atmosphere of the salon was non existent. I went in with a back ache and was hoping it would help it, I came out and my back feels ten times worse. Really disappointing and also surprising given the reviews I had seen on here. Not quite sure what happened.
