Root colour was okay but there was an issue with cleaning my face from colour stains. I accept that this happens when colouring and just wanted it to be rubbed away. I was told I caused it by touching my face when there was no need to blame it on anyone, it just needed cleaning. There was a halfhearted attempt to remove the stains and I ended up cleaning it myself. I then thanked the practitioner and said goodbye when I was leaving and she blanked me and didn’t reply! Poor customer service
