It was not the organic facial that was booked.
Used products that stung the skin and continued after I’d said it was painful.
Just gave me a wipe to clean off.
The venue was dirty and the steam was awful.

John was great as per usual. Never have a bad haircut when I visit and he always seems to know exactly what I want. Lovely people in the salon which makes it a great place to visit. I am a regular now.
