I always book my appointment on line with John for a shampoo, cut and blow dry which cost £38 (my hair is very short). I chose to pay at the salon and I have never had any problem, but last Sunday, out of the blue I was asked to pay £44. When I told that on the website it was £38 the lady at the desk told me the prices have increased (which I checked on arrival home) and was not true. This incident left me cheated, and I am reconsidering a new booking. I'll miss John's really great cut.
