The person carrying out the wax is clearly untrained she kept pulling the hard wax without it fully hardening, she kept blowing on the hot wax prior to applying it. Asked her twice not to - she continued to do. She brought her manager in and she tried to explain she still was not understanding. Also absolutely UNHYGIENIC they kept doubling dipping the same stick and claimed the wax kills everything. Then was told that’s how it is meant to be done - clearly there is no grasp of how bacteria wotk
