I demand a refund for my eyebrows! Such disrespectful attitude and approach from Greema’s Salon manager. She completely ruined the shape of my natural eyebrows, leaving them entirely uneven and unmatching. Secondly, i was never even asked if I wanted my eyebrows to be cut with sizers - she did this without my approval. Lastly, my eyebrows were first being done by another beautician and suddenly I was completely left alone until another lady (the “manager”) came and ruined them! I cried!
