Worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever had. Painful to the point I had to ask to stop, even though - contrary to the questions the therapist asked me - it was not my first wax nor my first time using hot wax. When I asked to stop, the therapist went to get a colleague and left the door a foot open while I lay there with no underwear and with wax still applied. Her colleague (who was actually very good) finished the wax while the first therapist stood and watched over her shoulder (with no explanation).
