Terrible experience. The ladies working were inexperienced and we kept being passed from one person to another. I had to ask them twice to even the brows out only for them to say it’ll never be even. They weren’t very welcoming either. Won’t go again

Probably the most painful and unorthodox wax that I’ve had, the wax was far too hot and the methods were questionable. I won’t go into detail for obvious reasons but the wax was applied in a way that is not standard to other salons which ultimately caused much more pain in an already sensitive area. Staff were neither chatty nor particularly welcoming, seema did blow on the wax when I said it was far too hot which is nice I guess but not entirely helpful
