Hair cut and blow dry was excellent. John is a professional and friendly stylist; he knows how to style long hair. Threading with Carla was great. Carla very kindly stepped in when the other woman, who was working on nail treatments prior to trying her hand at threading, was unable to do threading, this woman cut my upper lip with thread. I had to stop her half way and ask for someone who knew how to thread! Avoid this other woman when it comes to threading - I didn’t name unfortunately.
