Overall good experience, price for toner revealed at the end, not very satisfied. £75.00 for toner. After toner, my hair got too light, light brown, not just the highlights. Not sure of the skill sets of the hairdresser. Not sure if will be back.

Check their Instagram page and the type of haircuts they do before going for your haircut..... I asked for a bob cut, showed an old picture of me with the haircut I wanted. Throughout the cut I kept insisting I wanted a straight bob....at the end I got a hyper short haircut with lots of layers in my thin hair. There is a hole (high layer) on each side of my ear, you can see my ears. The back looks even uglier. Now I have the tackiest and ugliest haircut I have ever seen in my life.
