Went for an eyebrow tidy & said I wanted wax rather than threading. After it was done, I looked in the mirror & was horrified to see half my eyebrows missing!! I asked the beautician what she had done. At first she tried to deny anything was wrong but quickly realised that wasn't going to fly. So admitted she'd made a mistake & said 'sorry, I don't really do waxing so much'. I asked her why she had done it when she clearly wasn't experienced & she just shrugged. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I loved loved the end result and everyone was very accommodating, but thought the process could have been more comfortable as i thought I booked with one person but had two people switch over which was a bit nerve wracking when you can’t see! Also instead of going around me to do the treatment kept leaning over me to get to the other side which was also wasn’t the nicest experience :/ but other than that I love how they look and will hopefully go again

The reflexology and the massage with Raj was great. She is very skilled and professional. I had so much tension in my muscles, especially my neck and after her massage I felt like new.
