About ten days ago, I had a haircut, and I asked for a straight cut as usual. As it wasn't a straight cut, I asked her to amend her job, but she didn't. This has been quite inconvenient for me as I have to style my hair differently to hide the unevenness.
I phoned the owner the same day and sent an email as I have been a client for a few years. I trust that my usual hairdresser will rectify this issue. I am quite disappointed with the lack of response to my issue.

Terrible experience. Jot kept filing my nails way too much and making my skin bleed. This was not only uncomfortable for me, but it also concerned me from a health and safety standpoint - she was filing my broken skin with a shared nail file which is not hygienic. My hands were in pain for 2 days. Shortly after, 4 nails chipped and it looks really scruffy. I have sent several emails to the salon who have ignored me. So disappointed
