Jina was great, as usual. However, someone else cut my sons hair, and it was clear they did not know what they were doing. They didn’t seem to have a systematic approach, failed to blend, or thin the hair out. It looked so bad, I explained where it was wrong and she continued to make it worse. In the end, I couldn’t get a refund because I’d already paid online
