Natalia was great! I personally liked that she took the time to treat my nails with care, really making sure she wasn't damaging them when removing the gel. I highly recommend her!

The experience did not match the description. There was no pre or post consultation, no aromatherapy (my skin actually smells quite bad now!), and no towel covering me for the first 30min in a cold room, then a damp towel was put on top of my legs.
