I was disappointed with the result of my hair colour, it turned out quite brassy, which wasn’t what I expected. I had requested a lighter tone for my brunette hair, so it’s possible the colour wasn’t mixed correctly. Additionally, I don’t believe I was assisted by the professional I originally selected when booking the appointment. The overall atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming either. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Really nice saloon, loved the vibe! Very relaxing and calm, which is highly appreciated after a long week at work. The other highlight has been the head massage while shampooing my hair… wow loved that! Very pleased with the service.
