The grounds are beautiful. It was a lovely sunny day we were able to make the most of the outdoor pool and grounds.
My 'glow on the go' facial was so relaxing! The only negative is that I think it is a little over priced.
Beautiful location and staff were, without exception, all extremely friendly and helpful. They made the day for us!
The atmosphere is lovely, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. However it was disappointing to see some maintenance not done - a catch on a toilet door - the showers in the Spa were variable in temperature.
Very relaxing day, great massage and delicious food. The spa is self contained with food, drinks, treatment and pool all in one bit so you can stay in robes and slippers all day as you move between the activities. Only 2 things could have been improved - it wasn't clear where towels were and whether we needed to bring any with us. As it turns out, there's an abundance of towels everywhere! And we only found the sauna and steam room at the end as they're next to the showers. It would have been nice to know where they were earlier.
It was a fantastic day with great activities and facilities combined with excellent customer service.
