A lovely place to go and relax and pamper yourself. Always something to do or not do as is the case. Great food, treatments, facilities and surroundings. Would love to stay longer next time. The only downside was the male guide we had on our Grayshott Walk who did not explain anything about the walk and was not interested in engaging with us and expected us to follow like sheep. But apart from that I would highly recommend !
I could not fault the service or the treatments but you have to make sure you book well in advance of your stay if you want anything specific.
Unfortunately I was not as impressed with the food
Great ambience and decor. However the duvet and pillows have stains ( looks like blood so very unpleasant) and the nozzles at the hydropool weren't working during our stay. average experience overall.
Overall a great time at Grayshott, great reception staff very welcoming and the show around upon arrival was a nice touch. Rooms are slightly dated with a lack of amenities (no kettle in room). Food was nice, light and healthy so do bear that in mind if your looking for an indulgent break. Grounds and public areas were lovely they even do guided walks! The therapist I had for my massage was good but felt the treatment was shorter than it should have been. Also do note that there are separate male and female sauna, steam room and relaxation room.
