Lara was very professional in a friendly way. She explained and then listened to what i wanted. Once she finished my haircut, she showed it to me. However, I wasn't sure whether I wanted my layers shorter so she suggested to me to come back in a few days and she would layer my hair again. Thank you Lara, that was top service!
