I thought the treatment was incredibly good value for money, and the results of the Brazilian blow dry were great. The owner of the salon gave my hair a trim and did exactly as I asked leaving my hair in great condition. My hair is also very thick and very long so the Brazilian blow dry took a very long time but he did it with care and attention instead of rushing it. All the staff were very friendly and the salon is a very convenient location pretty much opposite Ladbroke Grove tube station. I will definitely be returning to Gravity Hair and Beauty.

It's always a great experience to visit Gravity Hair & Beauty. I've been there for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Jason and Bev are great hairdressers. They listen, advise and do a great job in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They also use great hair products and they don't charge silly crazy prices just because they're located in Notting Hill !

Jason and his team are highly skilled and understand exactly what you want whether it is a new style or cut, colouring or treatments. The salon also offers a range of beauty treatments and the pedicures are the best I have ever had - better even than top west end salons that charge four times as much. The prices across the board are exceptional value for money and I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

Very friendly and welcoming. I stayed a whole 4 hours because of my crazy hair, and was really well looked after. There was no additional charge despite them having to use more product because of how much hair I have :)

I went for a full head tint. The colour was nothing like I wanted. In fact at least 4 shades darker. I was told this would wash out!!!! I actually went home and cried. The fact that the hairdresser refused to even acknowledge the mistake was even worse. I would even go as far to say he did not care. Terrible experience.
