Tried to email and call to discuss treatment before the appointment, which was hopeless. On arrival, I was told they couldn't do what I wanted - which they could have told me by email as I sent pictures - so instead I just went for a darker shade. During the dyeing process, the hairdresser managed to dye my ears, the side of my face and my eyebrow - I could have done a better job at home! I also had a cut and blow dry which I was fairly pleased with, although she didn't trim off as much as I asked for. Wouldn't bother again at £120 for the privilege!
