Hair Colouring
I usually get beauty treatments done by Nena and as she’s so great, I thought id give the hair salon a go as I read the reviews and they seem good. Unfortunately my first experience was not good at all.
I had to wait 45 minutes with very little communication (the first 20 minutes I was told nothing, I just sat waiting). After 45 minutes I had enough so was going to leave but the hairdresser came over and apologised for the delay and explained someone came in that was supposed to get half a head of highlights but then had full highlights. She had to cut someone’s hair after him and then it was my turn….45 minutes later.
The overall experience was not pleasant. I had two people drying my hair (tugging at my hair) which was very overwhelming and not in a good way. The owner tried to explain that the colour I requested was complex that’s why it took such a long time, this is very untrue. The reason was because of staff and timing issue. To make up for the delay, the owner thinned the end of my hair which was needed at no cost. I appreciate the gesture, however I will not be returning to the hair salon again. I arrived at 12.30pm and left at 5.30pm (my hair colour should have taken up to 3.5 hrs).
The overall customer experience needs to be improved and a bit more enthusiasm.....it seems like the heart, soul and passion of the salon was missing this day.
It was all easy and simple, and the hairdresser always asked me what I wanted and if I was sure about it (I cut my long hair really short! lol). I'm happy with the result!

I had a Root Tint with Haircut & Blow Dry with Bianka, who did a great job. She took her time and was very attentive. I really liked the way she washed and massaged my hair, and the blow dry was the best I have had in a long time. And she didn't rush to finish the job even though the salon had closed before she was finished. Very impressed! Thank you :)
