The venue is run down and so are the manners of the staff. When I entered the salon I was not greeted, but the guy stared at me as if I was coming from another planet. He asked me what I wanted to do, however I had booked an appointment and was expecting him to know. I was booked on for a tint with Olaplex, however I had to remind them to put the Olaplex in the mix as they had forgotten. They used on me a gown that still had hair from the previous client. So disgusting.They deffo have to improve on the client reception side and on the hygiene side too. The colour result was good, but can you really mess up a full head brunette tint with no highlights whatsoever? Overall a mediocre experience for the price I paid. I am so disappointed, after having read all these great reviews I had set the bar a little too high maybe...

Good experience but it is not apparent this business does not open until noon on tuesdays.It showed an appointment available at 11am.which I chose. Day before I had text to tell me this and change of appointment to 12. Not sure if this error is down to app or info provided by Gravity to app.
